1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Product is incorrect or not as per specification

Note: No returns accepted for buyer’s change of mind or incorrect selection in B2B supply orders.

2. Return Window

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for any issues.
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return/replacement.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support via email or phone with your order ID and issue details.
  2. Our team will validate the claim and arrange a pickup (if applicable).
  3. Replacements or refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.
